What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is possible until 10:00.
What’s the easiest way to get there?
By car via the A9 or A75. Agde train station is about 10 minutes away. Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport is 15 minutes by car, Montpellier Airport about an hour.
Can I bring my dog?
In some lodges dogs are welcome. Contact our team for details. Dogs must be on a leash in the park, unless otherwise indicated.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes, local tourist tax applies. Our team will inform you of the exact amount when booking.

Can I bring my dog?

Can I pay cash at the retreat?
Yes, that’s possible. You can pay in cash in the shop, when renting a bike, or in the restaurant.
How can I indicate a preferred location for my stay?
During your reservation you can simply state your preference in the comments field. We will do our best to take this into account.
Is bedding available for the cot?
Yes, we provide a mattress and matching bedding for the cot.
Can a baby bed be placed in the lodge?
Yes, we have baby beds available on request.
Is a high chair available in the lodge?
Cots and high chairs are not standard, but can easily be added when making your reservation.
Is linen included during my stay?
Bed linen is included and the beds are made up upon arrival
Kitchen linen: one tea towel is provided
Bath linen: towels are included
For stays longer than one week, we offer a complimentary bed and linen change. An earlier change is also possible at an additional cost.
How do I get to the retreat?

I left something in the lodge. How can I get it back?
We will contact you if we find any of your belongings. Of course, you can also send us an email or give us a call.

Can I park my car at the retreat?
Yes, we have a private parking area available at the retreat.
Blendin Agde is car-free. Parking spaces are available along the edge of the resort. The accessible lodges have a private parking space right next to the lodge.
Can I charge my electric car at the retreat?
Yes, we have dedicated charging points available at the resort. Please note that there are no fast chargers and no Tesla charging stations. Charging is possible with your charging card or via the app of our own charging point.
Is there wifi at the retreat?
Yes, every lodge has access to free wifi.
Can I do laundry at the retreat?
Yes, the laundry is located in the central building. You can use the washing machines and dryers for a fee. Detergent is automatically added to the machine after you start the program.
What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?
The swimming pool opens at 10:00 in the morning.
Is it possible to rent (electric) bikes?
Yes, you can. Please contact us for possibilities and prices.
Is there an animation program for children?
We do not have a traditional animation team. This year we are introducing Little Explorers: a concept where children go on discovery themselves. From mid-June there will also be a special kids corner.
What facilities are available for guests with disabilities?
Our lodge is well accessible and comfortably arranged:
The lodge is accessible via a ramp
Parking is available directly next to the lodge in a dedicated disabled parking space
The bathroom has grab bars and a shower chair (also near the toilet)
The kitchen is adapted to wheelchair height with sufficient clearance underneath
The bedroom and bed are not adapted
Are the central facilities accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, both the restaurant and the swimming pool are accessible via a lift. There is also a special wheelchair system to assist guests into the pool. Please note: guests must be able to transfer independently or have assistance from a companion.
Is my assistance dog welcome?
Yes, assistance dogs are very welcome in our accessible lodge. Assistance dogs are also permitted on the beach at Le Grau d'Agde.
What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?
The pool is open daily from 10:00 to 19:30.
Is a BBQ available in my lodge?
There is no BBQ in the lodge, but you can rent one from the reception for €18 per use. The BBQ provided by reception is the only one permitted on site. This model uses a special type of charcoal that eliminates fire risk. Other BBQs are therefore not allowed.
Sports, games and fitness
The park has a playground for children. Next to the pool there is a pick-up corner with games and other items to enjoy together. There is also a pétanque court, a beach volleyball court and a table tennis table. For fitness, you can use our gym.
