Grenache 8 Wellness

Grenache 8 Wellness is all about slowing down and recharging. The two connected lodges can host up to eight guests, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, giving everybody the space to unwind in their own rhythm. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a yoga mat, blocks and meditation cushions, along with natural bath products from the region.

Outside, a spacious terrace sets the tone for long meals, quiet evenings and time spent outdoors. Your private outdoor bathtub sits right beside the lodge, perfect for a refreshing ice bath, a warm soak under the open sky or a slow evening ritual with salt and oils. Lounge cushions and a hammock invite you to settle in and enjoy the calm around you.

Start the day with yoga on the terrace or draw a card from the mindfulness set for a short exercise in breath, gratitude or stillness. Make a pot of herbal tea and let the scents of lavender or rosemary bring you into the relaxed rhythm of the South of France. In the evening, slip into a soft Blendin kimono and let the outdoor bath become your own small spa.
